A responsible and lasting policy

Keyria is a division of Legris Industries group and relies on a common support of commitments and favours the development of the group:

  • Sharing and giving life to our values: imagination, demand, proximity and openness,
  • Combining economic performance and human development,
  • Developing a strong entrepreneurship respectful of partners,
  • Developing individual and collective expertise, both technical and executive to participate in the organization efficiency.

A voluntarist training policy

As an addition to the specific training for each division, Legris Industries group has installed « Legris Industries University », which is a common place to develop the competences of its partners in key areas.

The source of this initiative is the will to give each and everyone the means to act for one’s own development and the development of the company. 

  • 2,692 employees trained in 2007, or 62 % of the total size of the group,
  • «Training for all» represents 15 % of the total number of training days, three modules for all the employees are developed inside the whole group:

Cap Eco, business economics training programme providing the keys to understanding the financial information and place one’s own personal contributions,

Cap Dialogue, a training course designed to encourage employees to fully participate in Performance and Development Reviews,

Cap Innov, training focusing on the development of knowledge and the command of creativity tools, revealing the potential of creativity that lies in each one of us and favouring the emergence of a innovative atmosphere. 

  • Management quality is a key element of a long-term success. Our managers give life to our values and a training module is at their disposal:

Management by values, training to help each one to install one’s own   style of management in prospect with the values of the group and experience methods, tools and good practices.
