Casing kiln

The Casing kiln is made of prefabricated panels and its erection is easy and quick. The roof is built on the kiln side walls and does not need to be cooled down unlike traditional kilns.

It ensures a perfect tightness thanks to welded metal sheets and may be found as a water joint version for an optimal tightness or as a sand sealing version.

Another unique advantage is its modularity allowing its dismantling, its extension or its removal.

Gantry kiln

CERIC Technologies has designed the gantry kiln made of refractory pieces with a high content of alumina for raw material firing with special chemical components or for very high firing temperature.

Heat losses from the kiln walls are reduced thanks to the use of many high performance insulating layers.

VFT firing trays

CERIC Technologies has invented the firing support for tiles and accessories with the creation of the VFT tray (Variable Firing Tray).

This support is made of cordierite and silion carbide and brings a new firing solution for roof tile factories and roof tile accessory units.

This innovation makes the support configurable for the firing of varied products.

With this new concept, the global design of the production units is redefined, allowing modularity and evolutivity. 

This solution can also be used for facing products of Klinker type or bricks accessories while assuring a very high quality firing solution.
