CERIC Technologies doubles the production capacity of the Fapro brick plant in Algeria.

True reference on the algerian market where it is established for a long time, CERIC Technologies doubles the production capacity of the Fapro brick plant, nearby Oran.  The production capacity of the existing kiln has been increased and this brick plant is now equipped with a second sand-sealed CASING kiln for hollow bricks (294 t/day).

The site is also equipped with high capacity clay pit for storage (5 700 m3) and a Pelerin excavator (45m3/h).

The plant is able from now on to produce 200 000 t/year perforated bricks.

This production is managed from Diapason supervision software.

The tight deadline was met and the plant was swiftly built within 10 months.

Since the third half-year 2010, CERIC Technologies assembled and commissioned 4 brick plants in Algeria, that means an annual tonnage of 500 000 tons :

• El Amel in Annaba,

• Taghaste in Zouk-Haras,

• Mohammedi in Fesdis/Batna,

• Dilfer in Azzaba
